The 2019 Music for Food Drive takes place on Wednesday 16th October at Wigston Conservative Club and we can’t wait for this fun event which also never fails to ‘drum up’ much needed supplies for Leicester South Foodbank.
Doors open at 5.30pm for an early evening of music, entertainment and a chance to chat and catch up with friends and new faces from the local community. Members of the foodbank team will be on hand to meet you and discuss the work we do and just how important food drives like this event are to the vulnerable members of our community that we help.
So, what’s this great little evening of music in aid of a good cause going to cost you?
Well, that’s just another reason to get down to Music and Food 2019 because we’re not asking you to put your hand in your pocket for cash, instead, and as the name suggests, we’re after food! Any donation, large or small, will be so gratefully received and will play a part in making the event one of our biggest generator of supplies during the year.
