I write to you today as one of Cadent’s partners who support the countless people living in vulnerable situations across our entire network. During this difficult and challenging time for the UK, we are doing all we can to ensure that all our customers, especially those in vulnerable situations, continue to receive the services they need.

Furthermore, in the event that our engineer needs to enter a home or business, please be rested assured that we are following guidance from the Government and putting extra safety precautions in place to ensure our engineers are equipped with the necessary PPE and are following the correct hygiene practices.
