We received this letter today from the Chief Executive of Blaby district council Jane Toman.
Although you guys do not do it for thanks, it is always good to get recognition for all the hard work and care you show to the residents of our communities.
Leicester South Foodbank has fed over 7000 people since the 1st of April this year. That could only be achieved because you guys have given up your time and made a huge effort to ensure when people are struggling to put food on the table, LSFB can provide emergency food parcels and other essential items to try and make life a little bit less stressed.
I want to add mine and the thanks of our trustees, to all our volunteers and staff.
